For the past 27 years, Tammy has been running a babysitting service in Zurich. One aspect is particularly helpful for parents: her flexible hours. Parents who need immediate care, or simply cannot commit to the rigid schedules of a Kita, can leave their children with Tammy. The parents only pay for the time they leave their children (which can be just an hour or the whole day).
However, Tammy has been struggling with the authorities for the past 8 years. They want to turn her into a licensed Kita, which would mean that Tammy cannot keep her current concept and offer flexible hours to parents.
A babysitting service with flexible hours is necessary and very helpful for parents - we have to tell this to the Zurich authorities. Tammy needs your signatures; please sign this petition.

Working parents whether full time, part time or stay at home parents sometimes need a more flexible service that helps take care of their child in a safe and trusting environment - with reasonable prices. Tammy's services makes this accessible for all. After moving in here to Switzerland, what I have observed is that additional help at a reasonable price (not just as a tax deduction) is not reachable for some families and greatly hinders the career aspirations of the woman!
