Belangenconflict overheden

belangenconflict tussen federale en regionale overheden: De Vlaamse Regering kwam op 30 januari 2026 tot definitieve vaststelling van het GRUP ‘Hospicebossen’. Inwoners wordt met het bos-uitbreidingsplan uitzicht gegeven op extra natuur en ontspanningsruimte. In juli 2026 kondigt federaal minister van Asiel en Migratie een open terugkeercentrum aan in diezelfde Hospicebossen. Het open karakter van het federale terugkeercentrum conflicteert met de Vlaamse intentie tot extra ontspanningsruimte.
