Im näheren Umkreis der FH gibt es genügend unverbaute, unansehnliche, schon versiegelte Flächen, welche optimal für eine Vergrößerung der Fachhochschule genutzt werden könnten - man denke nur an die drei Sappl-Parkplätze.
