Pro FPÖ Stimmenstärkste

Weil es absolut nicht den Grundrechten entspricht, dass eine von der Mehrheit gewählte FPÖ nunmehr endgültig ausgegrenzt wird! Herr Nehmanner ist vom Volk überhaupt nicht gewählt, und spielt jetzt sogar den BP.

Nach den Nationalratswahlen beauftragt der*die Bundespräsident*in meistens das Oberhaupt der stimmenstärksten Partei (die Partei, die die meisten Mandate bei den Wahlen erzielt hat) mit der Regierungsbildung. Diesmal war das NICHT der Fall.

Wenn sich (noch) Bundeskanzler Nehammer doch noch besinnt, und die beendeten Gespräche zu einer Koalition mit der FPÖ und Herbert Kickl wieder aufnimmt.

Dass die stimmenstärkste Partei mit der Regierungsbildung beauftragt wird, ist nur Gewohnheit. VdB hat der FPÖ eine Niederlage erspart. Bei der Regierungsbildung hat das Volk kein Mitspracherecht. Auch nicht via Petitionen. Mit der FPÖ will keine Partei koalieren - sie "grenzt" sich selber aus. Das Vorgehen ist völlig in Ordnung, daher werde ich diese Petition nicht unterschreiben. Ich würde aber eine Petition GEGEN diese Petition unterstützen ... DI Andreas Plihal
