wenn die örtlichen Behörden wie, Gemeinde, Schule,Kindergarten,oder Nachbarn, Arbeitskolegen usw. bestättigen,daß sich Asylwerber voll in unsern Sinne integrieren,dann sollte das bei der obersten Asylbehörd entsprechendes Gewicht haben und Berücksichtigung finden. Das ist meine tiefe Überzeugung. Franz Steiner
