The Barnett formula gives the people in Scotland approx £1600 per person per year, than the people in the rest of the UK, as the SNP are so keen to leave and strike out on their own, this should be stopped as soon as possible to let them prepare for loosing this when the do get their independance.

The money saved from this could be used to help our struggling NHS, old people are being left to struggle because of the lack of money for social services.
