Inicijator peticije upoznat je s kršenjem uvjeta korištenja od strane urednika platforme openPetiton i imao je pet dana za reviziju peticije. To se nije dogodilo. Peticija je stoga blokirana.

Since the punishments for pedophiles and rapists are shamefully low and make a mockery of the victims, as many perpetrators only get away with a suspended sentence, it is absolutely necessary to change the legislation so that there should be no suspended sentences for these acts, nor any agreements on reducing the sentence and the introduction of no statute of limitations for sexual assaults. Current sentences range from 6 months to 15 years, which is decidedly insufficient and should be doubled. In addition, they do not get long prison terms. Perpetrators psychologically destroy the victims for life and many victims commit suicide. A person who is a returnee, he should be treated more strictly, in addition, a central register of pedophiles should be arranged, which would be accessible to educational institutions, so that such a person could not get a job in organizations that deal with the education of young people.
