• This petition is important because there is no alternative location for Draaimolen right now. Without the MOB-complex, the festival will cease to exist.
• Since 2019, our presence has strengthened biodiversity and the natural value of the forest. We want to continue this.

• Years of uncertainty have stifled growth and worn down the team that keeps Draaimolen alive. We need a sustainable future.

We know what’s at stake. In 2019 we were forced to leave our former home at Charlotte Oord to make way for commercial development. Since then we have fought to keep Draaimolen alive, never able to plan further than the next festival. The uncertainty has caused setbacks and put immense strain on the team. Despite this we have shown that working independently and not-for-profit can thrive without commercial pressure. Now we need the chance to look ahead. 

Without the MOB-complex, Draaimolen has no future. With your support, we can secure this place, protect what has been built with so much care, and open the door to possibilities that go far beyond what we can imagine today.
