The Beach Club was a space designed for families and children. Its recent transformation into what is effectively a bar—albeit presented as a “snacking” venue- broadcasting the World Championship, raises legitimate concerns about its future accessibility and purpose. In particular, it is unclear whether children and families will continue to feel welcome in a setting that may increasingly cater to adults.
