per formare il personale ATA non coinvolto in iniziative formative annuali sulla disciplina scolastica, responsabilità soggettiva, utilizzo dei mezzi informatici e pacchetti applicativi in uso nelle scuole che molte volte il personale è chiamato ad utilizzare ma non viene formato a pieno nell'utilizzo di detti mezzi utilizzati dalle Istituzioni Scolastiche
