Abolition of Fascist place names and monuments in South Tyrol.Italy has never dealt with its Fascist past. The crimes of fascism are still represented as peccadilloes, their insignia are recognized as cultural assets and their militant actions, like the annual wreath-laying ceremonies in front of the countless fascists temples in South Tyrol, promoted and tolerated from politics.
It's really a need to tolerate fascism under the name of peacfull coexistence , I don't think so !!!
A short statement I am against any form of extremism whether Nazi, fascists, Islamists ... .. But the typical “Menefreghismo” indifference of our citizen make my angry. In no other cultivated land, Fascist temples are restored by public hand and annual ceremonies are held to glorify fascism, in an enlightened society land you do not have to burn down monuments or books. --- In particular, Italians and most South Tyrolean’s however are not, enlightened. I am not with the idea to create new borders I like to abolish the inner borders in Europe, to create a federalism society where the single cultures can grow together. In Bruneck, wreaths are held every year at the Alpini Memorial to commemorate the glorious campaign in Eritrea. Italy has cruelly slaughtered 700,000 people there. As far as toponomy is concerned, the fascist names must be completely banished, as in the rest of Italy too. In the Aosta Valley, for example, all the original French names are in use again without stupid Italian translation and in the whole of Europe and Worldwide. Countries are striving to abolish the crimes of the colonialists, fascists, national socialists, etc ... by giving the indigenous peoples a part of their cultural heritage back, and the language is the greatest good we possess ... See the Ayers Rock in Australia which is called Uluru again or Mount Denali in the USA.
