Terreno fertile? si, anche per il profitto Suolo agricolo di qualità (classe 2s della Land Capability Classification), una risorsa non rinnovabile, che regola il clima, filtra l'acqua e ospita biodiversità. Troppo prezioso per coltivarci "solo" del cibo ... meglio coprirlo di cemento.
