Kleiner Auszug aus dem iibligg Nummer 3-25 "Die Gemeinde Glarus Nord wächst! Besonders deutlich ist der Zuzug innerhalb des Kantons, vor allem von Familien, die bezahlbaren Wohnraum und intakte Rahmenbedingungen in Kombination mit einer naturnahen Umgebung suchen." Die Frage lautet: Wie bleibt die Gemeinde lebenswert und attraktiv für alle Generationen? Die Antwort dazu ist klar. Eine intakte Landschaft ohne Windräder!

Richtplan erfüllt Bundesvorgaben – keine konkreten Projekte, Gemeinde behält Entscheidungskompetenz

Der Richtplan zeigt die räumliche Entwicklung des Kantons und erfüllt die Bundesvorgaben zur Förderung der Windenergie. Er weist lediglich theoretisch geeignete Standorte aus, stellt aber kein konkretes Projekt dar. Allfällige Vorhaben müssten in mehrjährigen Verfahren geprüft und von der Gemeindeversammlung bewilligt werden. Die Petition ist daher sachlich unbegründet und überflüssig.
