Een bouwstop is eerder aan de orde. Een VERbouwstop daarentegen niet. Geef meer ruimte voor co- housingprojecten op plaatsen waar nu teveel ruimte is voor (één)oudere(n). Geef een beloning voor ouderen die hun huis en tuin herbestemmen.
