buurt in Gent leefbaar houden maar ook levend

jullie argumentatie tegen brandveiligheid is toch wel overdreven. De brandweer zal daar wel in alle objectiviteit over oordelen, niet buurtbewoners. Mag er dan niets meer veranderen!? Een stad mag/moet leven en kunstenaars verdienen daarin zeker een plek. Ze maken minder lawaai dan een café met terras om de hoek. Bovendien krijgt een oud gebouw een nieuwe zinvolle invulling.
