Rayanair and co. to provide services they sell or refund all losses resulting.

My flight was delayed/canceled for the third time now! two times with Ryanair and one time with Wizz air. since it is not a direct flight, I loose the second ticket every time one flight is canceled.
The Airlines seem to first book every Take-off and landing oppertunity at the airports and then decide later which flight to proceed with by booking all guests to it without any consideration of there schedule.
In some cases the company delays the flights for less than 5 hours on purpose to not refund the customers.
this seems to be a new practice of getting easy money without providing any services in exchange. The prove is the quantity of comments and posts about similare cases on the social media. The real numbers are for sure fare beyond imagination.
