Mein Partner hätte keine Unterhaltspflicht mirgegenüber, da ich nicht verheiratet bin, also warum sollte er/sie für mich aufkommen? Ab 1200€ gibt es für den Partner kein Geld mehr, wenn die Miete schon 700€ ausmacht, frage ich mich, wie man da überleben soll? Der Partner hat davor auch in den Topf/Versicherung eingezahlt und soll nun nichts davon erhalten, das findet man fair?

weil es bei unverheirateten Personen nur negative Konsquenzen gibt, z.B. Streichung, aber keine Möglichkeit für den nicht verdienenden Partner steuerliche Vorteile geltend zu machen!
