pro Rad

Radfahren ist gesund, effizient und macht Spaß. Es hilft, den Kopf frei zu bekommen. Es ist kommunikativ und macht alle gleich. Radfahren kann ich fast überall und fast immer. Es ist preisgünstig und leicht zu erlernen. Es braucht kaum Platz, weder stehend noch fahrend. Radfahren schützt die Umwelt. Radfahren hilft gegen Schmerzen und Spätschäden, die durch schweres Schleppen entstehen - weil das Rad ebensolches abnimmt. Die Relation Kosten - Nutzen ist beeindruckend pro Rad niedrig. Daher sollten viel mehr Menschen mehr mit dem Rad fahren. Das gelingt, wenn es mehr Radwege gibt.

Radfahren ist ein Fortbewegungsmittel zur Arbeit, zur Ausbildung, für täglich notwendige Wege, ... nicht nur ein Freizeitvergnügen. Daher ist es absolut gleichwertig mit Autofahren zu sehen und mit entsprechender Infrastuktur ausszustatten.

Ich bin grundsätzlich für einen Ausbau, ABER ihr vergleicht Äpfel mit Birnen! Die Erhaltung und Errichtung von zB. Autobahnen, mit allen Tunneln, Brücken, der weitaus anderen Statik etc.mit Radwegen zu vergleichen ist derb unseriöus. Man braucht nie und nimmer dieselben finanziellen Mittel für ein Radwegenetz, wie für ein Autobahnnetz. Dass der VCÖ sowas publiziert ist klar, ist ja auch eine Vorfeldorganisation der Grünen und nicht unabhängig!
