Österreich hat noch eine hervorragende Eisenbahnindustrie. Es werden nicht nur Züge in Österreich entwickelt (Elin EBG Tractrion) und gebaut, sondern auch Signalanlagen (Thales). Sinnvolle Arbeitsplätze die gesichert gehören! (2 Schulkollegen von der HTL arbeiten da).

Geld, Preis

Bahnfahren ist im Vergleich zu den Busverbindungen in den Süden wesentlich günstiger, vorallem mit Vorteilscard (die sich bereits nach wenigen Fahrten)

schnelle Pendlerbusse

Viele der Ortschaften ab Hartberg (eigentlich Kaindorf, das keinen Bahnhof hat) sind durch Dr.Richard/Südburg mit schnellen Bussen (unter 2 Stunden Hartberg-Wien) besser mit Wien verbunden als durch die ÖBB. Auch dies ist ein öffentliches Verkehrsmittel. Und gut abgestimmt mit Bussen der Verbundlinie, im Gegensatz zu den Zügen der ÖBB!
