Verschlüsselung von öffentlichen Darbietungen

Die Hauptwohnsitzabgabe soll den öffentlichen Rundfunk finanzieren. Wo ist öffentliches Fernsehen? Gefordert ist die Verbreitung an die Allgemeinheit. Doch seit den "HD-Umstellungen" gibt es nur mehr den neuen Standard für Antennenfernsehen, nämlich die verschlüsselte Verbreitung eines Privatunternehmens (simpliTV). Der ORF versagt. Die Politik versagt. Die Rechtsaufsicht versagt. Die Verwaltungsgerichte versagen. Und die Allgemeinheit soll's finanzieren?

Die Haushaltsabgabe dient zur Finanzierung des öffentlichen Rundfunks in Österreich und erscheint daher von der Grundidee sehr sinnvolll.
