I feel that not only is it an icon of the area but that many of our older local golfers use this course so they do not have to travel. I also do not believe that any housing built there would be in what the average person in this area would call affordable. Nor do I believe we need a 300 seat restaurant. There are other options and places that are currently unoccupied that should be considered by this developer first.
