Que o pagamento acabe ou em alternativa que os 1% incidam sobre o valor anual-1 real de faturação e não sobre mínimo de 90.000€ anuais, até porque esse valor em Março e Outubro já está mais que apurado.

Reason

A maior parte das micro/pequenas empresas faturam entre 30.000€ e 60.000€. Não é justo pagar sobre uma "hipotética" faturação de 90.000€. Ainda por cima o máximo de PEC a pagar é de 70.000€. Isto é, uma empresa que faturou em 2015 10.000.000€ devia pagar em 2016 100.000€ mas somente paga 70.000€. Não me parece correto. 1% é 1% e devia incidir para todas as empresas e sobre o valor real anual-1 já apurado.
