This petition intends to revoke the Portuguese Law nº 12/2023, published on March 28th.
Razões
The approval of the New Law on Professional Public Associations (Law nº12/2023, of March 28th) puts an end to the model of self-regulation of all Portuguese Professional Associations.
It is not at all acceptable that external entities or personalities start regulating Professional Associations.
