Uzasadnienie jest problematyczne, opiera się na hipotezie że zmiany zmniejszyły sprzedaż i/lub zainteresowanie wydarzeniem na co danych nie przedstawia. A także wadliwie merytorycznie argument równi pochyłej, cyt. "jak długo zanim zakażą strojów z krwią". Na tym uzasadnienie się kończy. w ogóle nie uzasadnia np. prośby o zakazanie sprzedaży kiepskiej jakości produktów masowej produkcji o zawyżonych cenach, czy zakazie AI.

Prywatna firma ma prawo ustalać co chce w regulaminie. Najważniejsze jest bezpieczeństwo. Wnoszenie broni, nawet białej, stwarza ryzyko, wywołania paniki lub uniemożliwić ochronie skuteczną reakcję, Wystarczy pozór zagrożenia, by wywołać panikę co może doprowadzić do urazów. W obliczu wojny tuż za naszą granicą takie przedmioty mogą prowadzić do prowokacji. Osoby doświadczone wojną mają prawo czuć się bezpiecznie, chcesz się bawić sztuczną bronią? Rób to poza posesją, tam ci nikt tego nie zakaże
