Wanneer een fonds subsidie krijgt dan is het niet meer onafhankelijk en wordt het geld mogelijk aangewend voor zaken waar het grootste deel van de bevolking / belastingbetaler niet achter staat. Heeft iemand echt een goed idee dan is de nederlander vrijgevig genoeg zodat het met crowdfunding gefinancieerd kan worden.
