Finland untapped resources. Many foreigners graduate in Finnish university yearly but they cannot find the jobs of their dream because of the language barrier. Many were called up for interview and were not selected because they cannot express themselves well in Finnish during the interview.

Odůvodnění

This is important so as to support and promote rapid immigration in Finland. Education is free in Finland, it is so sad that many of those who study in Finland and were treated as nothing by organizations were worshiped somewhere else. If you train someone for free, why cant you engage their service.
