‘’Ich möchte das der Bundestag über das Strafgesetz §174, §174 b, §176, §177 und §182 spricht und diese überarbeitet werden in Punkto Mindesthaftstrafe es kann nicht sein das die mit Maximal 2-3 Jahren bestraft werden’’ ‘’(...)ein Raub mit 8 Jahren Freiheitsstrafe bestraft(..)’’ Die maximal Strafe bzw. das Strafmaß von sexuellem Missbrauch (von Schutzbefohlenen; unter Ausnutzung einer Amsstellung und von Kindern & Jugendlichen), als auch sexueller Übergriffe, sexueller Nötigung und Vergewaltigung sind je nach härte, genauem Absatz und Anzahl der Taten mehr als 2-3 Jahre bzw. ist die Ermittlung des Strafmaßes, inklusive der Freiheitsstrafe, ein komplexer Prozess. (siehe weiter unten) Das gleiche gilt für das Strafmaß für Raub, in jenem Fall die Freiheitsstrafe, je nach Schwere, von 6 Monaten bis lebenslänglich reichen kann. ( StGB § 249 Raub, §250 schwerer Raub, §251 Raub mit Todesfolge) Für die Kredibilität der Petition ist es wichtig, hier genau zu sein, um die Chance einer Gesetzesänderung zu vergrößern. §174, § 174b je Absatz (1) (...) wird mit Freiheitsstrafe von drei Monaten bis zu fünf Jahren bestraft. § 176 (1) Mit Freiheitsstrafe nicht unter einem Jahr wird bestraft, wer (..) § 177 (1) (...) sechs Monaten bis zu fünf Jahren bestraft. § 182 (1) (...) bis zu fünf Jahren oder mit Geldstrafe bestraft.
