This is for the following reasons

• Lotus drivers keep their cars for a long time and have good relationships with their service partners.
• The Lotus community wants to continue to stick with combustion engines and its driving experience.
• The density of Lotus Service Partners is already ow. Long distances to Service Partners make owning and operating an iconic Lotus more difficult. If they disapear from road and trak also harms the sale of new vecicles.
• We don't need fancy showrooms to get competent technical maintenance.
• Lotus drivers distinguish very well between a sales outlet with showroom and a service partner who has excellent technical training and is exclusively dedicated to maintenance.

Lotus should therefore establish "combustion partners" so as not to snub the existing Lotus community.
