I put name of mother and clear little bit of the situation

New petition description:

Christmas is only days away. This petition constitutes an urgent demand for immediate protective intervention.

There is a clear and imminent risk that the children will be removed and separated from their mother during the Christmas period. Any such action would represent a serious failure to protect the children’s fundamental rights, emotional stability and basic welfare.

The children’s safety, stability and need for consistent maternal care require that they remain with their mother throughout the Christmas holidays. No relocation, removal or separation should be permitted during this period. We therefore demand immediate action by the competent authorities to ensure that the children spend Christmas with their mother and to prevent any action that would result in their separation. This matter is urgent. Any delay increases the risk of irreversible harm to the children. Immediate intervention is required now.

New justification:

This petition is written to protect the fundamental rights and emotional well being of children who are being separated from their mothers during important family periods such as Christmas.

This case concerns Lucia Bartolli, a mother whose child has been prevented from spending Christmas with her, despite the clear emotional importance of maternal presence for a young child. The situation reflects a broader and deeply concerning pattern where children’s needs are overshadowed by legal, financial, or power based dynamics.

The Christmasmatter periodhas gained public attention due to the involvement of a high profile public figure connected to the child’s environment, which raises serious concerns about imbalance of power, influence, and the ability of a mother to fairly protect her child’s rights. When one party has significant financial resources and public influence, the child’s best interests risk becoming secondary.

This petition is not an attack on any individual. It is a criticalcall for responsibility, transparency, and highlythe sensitiveprioritization timeof forchildren’s children.emotional Separationand frompsychological wellbeing over status, wealth, or public image.

Children are not leverage.Children are not assets.Children are human beings with emotional needs.

Christmas is not a symbolic date. For a child, it represents safety, warmth, and the presence of a primary caregiver. Denying a child this connection causes emotional harm that cannot be justified by procedural or power driven decisions.

We respectfully call on relevant institutions and authorities to:

  • ensure that the child’s right to maintain a meaningful relationship with their mother atis thisprotected
  • review timedecisions wouldthat causeprevent foreseeablechildren emotionalfrom harmspending andimportant psychologicalfamily distressholidays andwith wouldtheir beprimary directly contrary tocaregiver
  • apply the principle of the best interestsinterest of the child.child above all other considerations

This petition represents the voices of concerned citizens who believe that no child should be separated from their mother during Christmas without clear and child centered justification. This petition is submitted in good faith, with respect for all legal processes, and with the sole aim of protecting children’s rights and wellbeing.

I have updated the wording of the petition to improve clarity and structure, and to better reflect the core concerns in a concise and accessible way. The changes were made to ensure that the message is easier to understand for a broader audience and that the key points are presented more clearly and responsibly. No facts were removed; the content was simply refined to avoid ambiguity, reduce repetition, and improve overall readability. These adjustments were made in good faith to strengthen the petition and support its purpose more effectively.
