Meinung nach Erfahrung

Es gab niemals eine Strafanzeige gegen die fehlbaren Staatsangestellten der Vormundschaftsbehörden. Die Angestellten der Vormundschaftsbehörden wurden in der KESB übernommen. Man weiss noch nicht, ob es sich um Geisteskranke handelt oder einfach nur um empathielose Kriminelle mit Bereicherungsabsichten.

Die Begründung ist fadenscheinig und liest sich wie ein Sammelsurium verschiedenster Beweggründe. Die KESB hat rein gar nichts mit den Geschehnissen von früher zutun. Deswegen gibt es sie ja! Die KESB untersteht der kantonalen Aufsicht. Jeder Entscheid kann beimkantonales Gericht (Kantonsgericht oder Obergericht genannt) angefochten und überprüft werden.
