Die Vogelwarte Sempach berichtet, dass in der Schweiz Jahr für Jahr hundertausende Vögel beim Flug in Glasscheiben sterben. Ebensoviele werden von Katzen gefressen und jetzt will Pro Natura den Zugang zur Buobenbadi schliessen und Naturfreunde im Ried hinter Bretterwände verbannen um Vögel zu schützen, die sich bis heute das Ufer friedlich mit den badenden teilen. Wenn Naturschutz zur Alibiübung verkommt, um im Gegenzug nahe Bauprojekte in einem sensiblen Gebiet zu tolerieren, verliert er seine Glaubwürdigkeit. Die Buobenbadi darf nicht einem Kuhhandel geopfert werden.
