Arbeitslosigkeit und die Suche nach einer neuen Arbeit sowie die oft sinnlosen Zwangsmaßnahmen und die Bürokratie sind sehr anstrengend und auch für den Partner und die ganze Familie finanziell und psychisch sehr belastend. In Österreich dürfen Arbeitslose im Gegensatz zu vielen andern Staaten Europas nicht ins Ausland reisen, um Urlaub zu machen und sich von den Strapazen zu erholen. Selbst dann nicht, wenn Kinder in der Familie leben oder die Familie im Ausland lebt! Obwohl Arbeitslose selbst in die Arbeitslosenversicherung eingezahlt haben und nicht dafür verantwortlich sind, dass es zu wenige Jobs gibt, beschränkt die Regierung deren Menschenrecht auf Familienleben. Die Arbeitsagentur rechtfertigt das damit, dass Arbeitslose dem Arbeitsmarkt zur Verfügung stehen müssen, auch wenn es im Sommer kaum Jobs gibt. This is also financially and psychologically distressing for the partner and the whole family.
