Der arbeitslose Mechaniker Emil Kolbe soll seine wohlverdiente Haftstrafe im beheizten Gefängnis absitzen dürfen. Wir fordern ein Strafmaß von mindestens 3 Wochen ohne Bewährung.
Paragraph 127 des StGB besagt: „Wer eine fremde bewegliche Sache einem anderen mit dem Vorsatz wegnimmt, sich oder einen Dritten durch deren Zueignung unrechtmäßig zu bereichern, ist mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu sechs Monaten oder mit Geldstrafe bis zu 360 Tagessätzen zu bestrafen.“
