Innenminister Karl Nehammer hat sich in den letzten Tagen zu oft gegen die Verfassung gestellt.
Wir fordern daher:
Den sofortigen Rücktritts des Innenministers!
Die Rückholung der abgeschobenen Familien!
Eine Entschuldigung für das Demonstrationsverbot und die Verfassungsverfehlung!
Er ist nicht nur Hauptverantwortlich für die Abschiebung von perfekt integrierten Personen in ein Land, welches für diese wie ein Fremdes ist. Er ist auch noch Hauptverantwortlicher für das Verbot von 10 von 12 Demonstrationen in Österreich!
Dieses Demonstrationsverbot ist weder Verfassungskonform noch, in einem freien Rechtsstaat wie Österreich, zulässig.
