1. Cease financing Putin/Siloviki aggression/atrocities 2. Reduce European fossil fuel dependence 3. Because #2 cannot be swiftly accomplished, efforts to restore Ukraine to normal life include using Ukraine methane deposits instead of Russia, to assist energy change. 4. ALL sanctions must be retained vigorously until those responsible for mass murder and devastation of Ukraine are surrendered to ICC and Ukraine for just prosecution for war crimes.
