My concern is for preserving land for flora fauna and the lack of infrastructure ti accommodate more people.
Florida is turning into a concrete jungle!
if we build more homes in the area the roads will not be able to handle the traffic, the wild animals will disappear, in one-year there will not be a deer to look at. As today between the schools and the truck servicing the area the roads are collapsed.
Too much over developing going on. Where is wildlife going, stop deforesting our county, state and country
Stop building. Our roads can’t keep up with it.
Protecting our native wildlife is what helps keep our ecosystem balanced. With all of the pollution going on our animals and our ecosystem is suffering. There are too many animals being pushed from their homes due to us taking them and they end up dead on the road. SAVE THE WILDLIFE!
Don't need to ruin our rural life in this area go back into the city and build homes on vacant land first I live in 32826 all ready over devolved what a shame
Because I own and live on adjacent land
Protect nature
Hello
I am emailing to explain why I oppose this future disaster coming to fruition. My husband and I have lived off N Tanner road on the econ since 2006. All these new developments by greedy companies are destroying our way of life. The river behind our house has been consistently getting worse and worse each year. From the trash heaps that block the flow and the dead fish and animals floating in it. This situation has become more than alarming and will only continue to get worse if we do not stop letting these appalling developer's devour our priceless land.
This river and land needs to be conserved like our parents, grandparents, and even great-grandparents envisioned for us in the future.
Unfortunately we cannot reverse all the past mistakes we have made concerning this land. But we still have the ability to protect it for our future families.
STOP THE FLAGRANT ABUSE BY HEARTLESS DEVELOPER'S!
They have only one thing on their mind. It is how much money they are going to make. They care nothing about the people and the extraordinary land they want to destroy.
My husband, myself, and all our neighbors on N Tanner vote :
NO...TO THIS RIDICULOUS PROPOSITION OF THESE MONEY GABBING COMPANTRIES TRYING TO BUY THEIR WAY IN VIA CONSTANT LEGAL BATTLES TO DESTROY THE LAND THAT WE HAVE BEEN FIGHTING FOR!
I invite you and whom it may concern to reach out via emaill. I welcome you to come and visit my house on the econ to see the incredible river and land we are so fiercely fighting for.
Thank you for listening

We need to protect agriculture land. The gopher tortoises need to be able to have a place to live free plus all the other animals that are on that property.
There’s way too much traffic and it’s also hurting the population of our animals. Our roads cannot handle anymore traffic it’s a nightmare already and our animals have nowhere to go.
Need to keep what little undeveloped land we have left. No more sprawl
I am so distressed to see every old growth tree bulldozed and burned. All the topsoil is hauled away. Instant slums are being built as well as apartment after apartment. Immediately that shade and air quality from the once trees is gone!!! Small, inexpensive “trees” are the replacements. They do not provide shade. They provide larger electric bills. Traffic!!!
The traffic is too dense already for the area. Rezoning will deplete the natural resources and create more pollution!
We don’t need more houses, we need more green areas.
Don't need any further expansion or building in this area!
Stop the rezoning of agricultural lands
We need land for the water from rains to go into the aquifer
Live near there and don’t need more commercial properties built
I have lived on Cleburne Rd since 1994. I purchased my property in 1999. The neighborhood is quiet and woodsy and homes to so many endangered turtles and other critters who are being drove out of their natural habitats with all these ridiculous buildings and new homes we don't need in our laid back community. I've seen alot of change here in orlando and not all for the better either. So please don't build anymore around our area!!
It will bring more traffic and pollution to the area.
More construction will add traffic and noise to our neighborhood.
Traffic and loss of natural resources
Environment, wildlife
I live in RiverBend sub division and want to keep the nature around here.
We need to stop the sprawl and protect our land.
No need to tear down more land in this area. Use vacant business already built and not being used for new buildings.
I want to protect wildlife and the wildness of Florida
Florida is becoming overdeveloped. We're losing the beauty of our state to overcrowding. We're suffering for it as well as our wildlife.
I agree with the petition. We must do something to stop the destruction of the little bit of undeveloped land that is left. We are causing our own demise and/or the future of civilization.
