I think Superior would love to have a bakery.

My family and I love Mark's French pastries and would love to have a permanent, local shop where we could stop in and buy them regularly.

These homemade croissants without preservatives are one of the few treats I can have. I believe the community as a whole will be enriched having this store available

Superior should definitely have a bakery, especially in the new development near the Sports Stable. There will be lots of foot traffic and there’s no competition of a similar store.

I live in Westminster but I work in Louisville and spend quite a lot of time in Louisville/Superior area. I also know Mark's family and they could not be nicer people! You really should seriously consider this and it's a loss for Superior if you don't.

I have tasted Mark’s goods and they are excellent! The quality is very superior, unlike anything I have eaten before. The Town of Superior will benefit from a bakery that sells unique and delicious pastries. Although I don’t live in Colorado, I visit often and have friends and relatives there who can vouch for the quality of Mark’s products.

Kwosson makes great pastries and Superior deserves Kwosson! Mark is a passionate person and an active member of the Superior Community. Give him an opportunity to serve Superior with a cafe downtown.

Absurd reasoning for Origin to deny your request. Let there be competition and variety. Origin is already making themselves out to be the typical developer. If you make it cyclist friendly, your shop will be above average.

We need a bread store and we need to support small businesses. It's always nice and better for you health wise than over processed commercial loads.

This is a Superior Resident and a small business. What is unique is that it is a bakery and does not specialize in fried bread such as muffins and donuts. It may help that we love fresh bread products such as you can get at a grocery store but not a donut shop or muffin shop.

Supporting local businesses is important to building ourselves into more than just a suburban subdivision. Declining to have an up and coming bakery feels incorrect.

Downtown Superior should be a little village and the business should be small, locally-owned shops when a quality option is possible. We don't need all of the shop space to be filled with tax prep, nail salons, vape shops, and the like.

I love these pastries and want to be able to buy them in a local shop.

Mark is great addition to the area and his croissants and other baked goods are absolutely the BEST!
