We, the staff of the Institut Pasteur, after gathering in a meeting on September 27, 2022, at the initiative of the STRP-CGT, are launching a petition addressed to the General Management of the Institut Pasteur.
We demand an increase in the salaries of all permanent and non-permanent staff (fixed-term contracts, post-doctoral fellows, PhD students, employees, etc.)
We demand a 10% increase on all salaries.
Reason
Considering that:
- the INSEE forecasts this year an inflation reaching 7%,
- no general salary increase has taken place since 2017,
- the individual increases are not enough to compensate for the sharp decline in purchasing power that we are ALL facing,
- and considering the great financial situation of Institut Pasteur (more than 10 million euros of average annual profits for 10 years).
We call upon you ALL to stand together and join us in signing this petition. This concerns us all! Please sign and share this petition, for our voices to be heard!
This petition was initiated by the STRP-CGT union and the staff of the Institut Pasteur, it is supported by the SPIP, the SyNAPCE, the CFTC and the SPS.

on 22 Nov 2022VOTRE MOBILISATION de ces dernières semaines pour exiger des augmentations générales des salaires a fait bouger les choses !
La pétition, signée par 947 salariés et remise à la Direction le 20 octobre, les 5 rassemblements de 70 à 200 personnels qui se sont adressés à la Direction et/ou au Conseil d’administration de l’Institut Pasteur ont permis dans un premier temps :
• une augmentation de 8% des salaires des post-docs et 4% pour les doctorants,
• d’obtenir des augmentations générales des salaires (que la direction a toujours refusées depuis 2017) d’un montant de 10 puis 17 points,
• que celles-ci soient applicables dès le mois de janvier 2023 (au lieu du mois de mai),
• et une prime PPV de 1000/900/800 euros dégressive dès le mois décembre... further
