A petição é dirigida a: Government of Serbia

To force the government of Serbia to change the family law and allow homosexual couples to form any sort of legally recognized union. With the current one they are discriminating LGBT Community.

Razões

I am a married homosexual man , but can't live in my country with my husband as my government is not allowing him to live there more then 3 month on tourist visa. I believe that I am not the only one in this situation. As the government put under the carpet the law and it is not Interested to change the current one which is discriminating LGBT community
