Verhinderung der Lärmbelästigung durch Außenspielplatz von Kindertagesstätte St. Katharina

Liebe THE FLAG Philosophicum , 

seit der Corona Pandemie verbringen wir viel mehr Zeit zu Hause und sollten alles auf Homeoffice und Zoom Meetings umstellen . Es gibt aber leider ein großes Problem , was uns alle betrifft und es ist die Lärmbelästigung durch Aussenspielplatz von Kindertagesstätte "St. Katharina" in the Flag Philosophicum . 

Viele von uns wie ich müssen nachts arbeiten und tagsüber schlafen oder morgens Prüfungen ablegen , an den Meetings teilnehmen aber durch die Lärmbelästigung aus dem Aussenspielplatz von unserem Kita sind wir leider dadurch in unserem Alltag zu Hause eingeschränkt, da obwohl die Fenster gut isoliert aussehen , können den Lärm von sehr nah liegende Kita Aussenspielplatz nicht dämmen .

Durch diese Petition wollen wir zusammen die Leitung von Kindertagesstätte "St. Katharina" in the Flag Philosophicum bitten , das Spielen von Kindern im Aussenspielplatz auf der Parkseite des Gebäudes in the Flag Philosophicum zumindest für eine begrenzte Zeit zu stoppen beziehungsweise reduzieren . 

Since the corona pandemic, we have been spending more time at home and should switch everything to home office and zoom meetings. Unfortunately, there is one big problem that affects us all and it is the noise from the outdoor playground of the day care center for the children „ St. Katharina" in the Flag Philosophicum.

Many of us like me have to work at night and sleep during the day or take part in exams or meetings in the morning but the noise from the outdoor- playground of our day care center means that we are unfortunately restricted in our life at home during the day , because although the windows look well insulated, they cannot dampen the noise from the nearby playground.

With this petition we want to ask the management of the children day care center "St. Katharina" in the Flag Philosophicum to stop or reduce the playing of children in the outdoor playground on the park side of the building in the Flag Philosophicum at least for a limited time.
