The petitioner complains that Law 4589/2019 does not allow any holder of a professional qualification recognised by the Greek Council for the Recognition of Professional Qualifications (SAEP) to work in public education.The petitioner attaches to the petition a favourable decision by the Greek ombudsman dated 23.10.2019 asking the Minister for Education to modify Law 4589/2019 accordingly.
