The petitioner calls on the Parliament to take into account health considerations while planning lighting and support the display of near-infrared light sources in the surroundings. In the petition, the petitioner explains the positive impact of near-infrared lighting on health which could balance out negative effects of LED, OLED and HEVL lighting (TV, mobile phones, LED bulbs, etc).
