Few items which will be helpful for Ukraine

There are some items in this petition, which should positively influence to situation.

1) Parliaments of EU, USA, Canada, UK should implement deposit-refund system (for plastic bottles and aluminium cans) and create availability to get drinkable water by water tanker (we need water, not single use bottles). 6% of all oil goes for plastic, big part of which is single used. Russia is big oil supplier and if we will decrease demand of oil, it will decrease ability of Russian regime to fund war. Also decreasing of single use plastic will decrease pollution of our oceans. Save Ukrainians, save oceans, decrease consumption of single used plastic.

2) Parliaments of: EU, USA, Canada, UK, Japan, Switzerland: please create law that arrested Russian funds will be invested into Ukraine to rebuild infrastructure, business etc., but not back to Russia.

3) President of USA and EU lawmakers should change laws to have ability to check OPEC actions on the market (especially agreements between countries). Today we have OPEC+, which mean countries of OPEC plus Russia and they could manipulate with market price, as they want.

4) Parliaments of: EU, USA, Canada, UK, Japan should officially recognize Holodomor and deportation of Crimean Tatars as crimes. Also should be recognized as crimes horrible actions of USSR regime against other nations: Lithuanians, Estonians, Latvians, Poles, Hungarians, Czechs, Slovaks, Kazakhs, Chechens others.

5) Saudi Arabia. Mohamad bin Salman what do you think of so much high prices of oil? You should find time to arrive to EU; there are lot topics to discuss including food supply for countries of Africa and Asia, human rights and scientific cooperation etc. For example, you can arrive to Poland – Warsaw is good place to meet. Islam is second religion in Ukraine, so how do you plan to help Ukrainian Muslims? (Crimean Tatars (ingenious people of Ukraine) are mostly Muslims, there are a lot ethnic minorities in Ukraine which are also mostly Muslims: Turks, Albanians, Chechens, Kazakhs, Azerbaijanis, Palestinians, Uzbeks, Volga Tatars etc.) What do you think about idea that Israel, Jordan and fully independent Palestine should join NATO? NATO looks as required key (security component) to solve of the biggest problem of region (of course should be also appropriate economic cooperation of USA and EU with region). Ukraine want to get observer status in Organisation of Islamic Cooperation, because it important for Ukrainian Muslims. Why OIC didn’t replied to Ukrainian application?

6) Parliaments of: EU, USA, Canada, UK, Japan, Switzerland: please create law that sanctions against Russia and Belarus should be until Russia and Belarus will not fulfill all next items accordinly:

-       Russia back to Ukraine all occupied territories (if something is possible to solve to whom belong Crimea in some International court, but all that time  sanctions should be);

-       Russia should out their forces from Transnistria, Abkhazia and South Ossetia, Nagorno-Karabakh. (UN can vote for UN peacemakers if required, but not Russian forces.)

-       Belarus should be neutral country;

-       Russia should became democratic country, which required to implement reforms: courts, police, human rights (especially of ingenious people), change Constitution, decentralization etc;

-       Russia should agree for international investigation of Russian aggression;

-       Russia should pay reparation to Ukraine;

-       Russia should pay reparation for all countries that was under Soviet occupation;

-       Russia should destroy it nuclear and chemical weapon, starting from Novichok.

7) EU lawsmakers should create special institution, which will check if companies (from EU or which works in EU) are break EU sanctions.  

8) EU lawsmakers should discuss about special cooperation with South Asia countries (India, Pakistan, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Nepal and Bangladesh). There are a lot topics for discussion: education, human rights, trade, ecology, Russian agression against Ukraine etc.
