Dauerbeschallung ist Körperverletzung. Art. 2 des Grundgesetzes ist fortlaufend verletzt: (2) Jeder hat das Recht auf Leben und körperliche Unversehrtheit. Die Freiheit der Person ist unverletzlich. In diese Rechte darf nur auf Grund eines Gesetzes eingegriffen werden.
