criticità

Segnalo alcune criticità. 1.La prima banale. Il costo del lavoro è già deducibile al 100% dall'IRAP per i dip. a t.i.. Che senso ha la proposta? 2. Due grandi assenti: burocrazia e autonomi. L'inutile complessità e incertezza delle regole INPS, INAIL e fiscali e dei CCNL è costo del lavoro occulto e insostenibile. Degli autonomi non trovo traccia. 3. Nessun cenno alla formazione professionale. Senza della quale i giovani restano al palo e i costi di formazione gravano sui datori di lavoro.
