Andrageren anmoder om præciseringer vedrørende retten til særlige ikke-bidragspligtige kontantydelser som fastlagt i forordning (EF) nr. 883/2004 om koordinering af de sociale sikringsordninger. Han klager også over, at han skal betale skat af visse fødevarer, når han rejser til Schweiz, og mener, at Kommissionen bør sætte en stopper for denne situation.
