Andrageren fordømmer de elendige forhold for børn i centret for afviste asylansøgere i Sjælsmark (Danmark). Han hævder, at et sådant center strider mod princippet om barnets tarv og udgør en alvorlig risiko for børns mentale og fysiske sundhed. Andrageren henviser til rapporter fra Røde Kors og Ombudsmanden, hvoraf det fremgår, at børn i Udrejsecenter Sjælsmark lever under meget vanskelige forhold.
