A ban on air BnB in specific areas where there are larger concentrations of residents or all areas.
This may also serve to help normalise the absurd rise in rental prices for year- round residents.

Reason

Antisocial behaviour day and night are not fair for the working permanent residents. Loss of sleep and damage to personal property are frequent complaints. Landlords do not accept responsibility for the behaviour of their guests and police are apparently too busy to deal with any complaints so it seems there is no solution.
