Die Vorgangsweise der Fachgruppenleitung und Einladung zur Hauptversammlung durch den BSVÖ Präsidenten mit Bekanntgabe des Datums, Ortes und der Zeit sowie der Tagesordnung ist korrekt und widerspricht weder den Richtlinien der FBH noch dem übergeordneten Statut des BSVÖ. Weiters dient die Auflösung der Fachgruppe einer Erschaffung eines Gremiums für Blindenführhundehalter.
